Since 1951, CIFST/ICSTA has brought people together across Canada to advance food science and technology, from applied research to the realities of the plant floor.
In 2026, that national story reaches a 75-year milestone. In Quebec, the 35th Supplier Show carries the same spirit by gathering suppliers, professionals, partners, and emerging talent at Centre Expo Terrebonne.
Today's mission: spot ideas, talk with exhibitors, answer a few questions, and add your voice to the next chapter.
